Ms. Emily Nevels, 2nd-grade teacher at Lower Lee Elementary School, was honored by the Lee County Chamber of Commerce in March 2024 as "Educator of the Year."
Ms. Nevels principal, Dr. Shelia Stukes and Mr. Bernard McDaniel, Sr., attended the luncheon with Ms. Nevels.
