A stellar group of Lee Central Students attended the second annual South Carolina Computer Science and STEM Summit, September 18 - 19, 2023. My students and I were grateful for the opportunity to represent the Lee County Career and Technology Center at the Blast Computer Science and STEM Summit 2023 in Myrtle Beach.
My students got the chance to showcase their knowledge and skills, learned in my engineering classes, with confidence to those who visited our table.
Sometimes people in the community and around the school don't have an idea what is going on during class sessions each day, here at LCCTC. This event was a great representation of what we do: Inspiring the Youth!
So I am very proud of my students, who represented us at the Summit this year, and I hope that next year, we can expose more of our students at the event.
